Cheryl
Practice Manager
From the first time a patient comes in for a consultation to their final treatment photo, Cheryl is there to see patients through from beginning to end. As our practice manager, she oversees everything that makes our office run smoothly from day to day. The most important aspect of Cheryl’s job, however, is building relationships with our patients that last the rest of their lives. Cheryl has three children. She enjoys reading, ballet and dance, and traveling in her spare time.
Stacey
Patient Coordinator
Stacey is excited to be part of this great team and loves getting to know our patients on a personal level. She performs many tasks to ensure that our patients and their families have the best experience possible. As our patient coordinator, Stacey is always available to answer questions or concerns, and she works hard to make sure that all our patients’ scheduling and financial needs are met. At home, Stacey has two beautiful children and five dogs: Thor, Chloe, Kodie, Kai, and Joe. They keep her on her toes!
Adam
Practice Development Coordinator
A recent graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focused major in marketing, Adam has managed campus brand ambassador marketing campaigns for eBay and Microsoft. Here at our office, he coordinates all our patient events and seminars. Adam enjoys watching our patients’ lives transform because of the treatments they receive from Dr. Barotz and the rest of our team. On the weekends you can find Adam snowboarding, hiking, playing Frisbee golf, at concerts, or walking his dog, Reese.
Amber
Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Amber loves making people smile, and as one of our assistants, she has many opportunities to do so throughout each day. Her kind, considerate personality puts our patients at ease, whether they are here for a simple checkup or more advanced dental treatment. Amber has been married for seven years and has been blessed with two beautiful children. Her free time is spent listening to music, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Nathaleen
Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Making people comfortable, changing people’s lives, and working with patients to meet their dental needs are just a few of Nathaleen’s favorite aspects of her job. As one of our dental assistants, it is her goal to help Dr. Barotz with each treatment and to make sure that our patients receive the excellent care they deserve. Nathaleen and her husband have been married since 2004. They have four children, one grandchild, and a cat. A lover of the outdoors, Nathaleen often goes camping and fishing in her free time.
Jay
Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Jay’s artistic and creative nature comes in handy when assisting Dr. Barotz with patient care, especially during cosmetic procedures. He is also our “office clown” with a great sense of humor and fantastic personality. Our patients really appreciate his light-hearted attitude. When he’s not in the office, Jay is a professional photographer. He loves all sports and loves to play poker in his spare time.
Elena
Dental Hygienist
Elena joins us with over 13 years of experience in the dental field. She has a medical degree from Russia and received her Bachelor’s degree of Dental Hygiene from the Colorado University of Denver. Elena enjoys the company of her patients and building great relationships with them. Elena loves sports, traveling, spending time outdoors, dancing, and gardening. She is a life-long learner and is happy to be working at Barotz Dental.
Kerrie
Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Kerrie comes to us with over 25 years of experience. Her favorite part of her job is assisting the doctor in surgery and seeing the final result of cosmetic restorations. In her free time, she enjoys music, dancing, motorcycles, and camping.
